Standard rig for a Verge videographer
I'm not sure if this fits into the pot that encompasses the Verge's secret sauce, but nonetheless it is worth a try for the thirsty imaginations of us curious cinematographic addicts. I stumbled upon this forum post and took notice of the date. With the article nearly a year and a half old, visible improvements have been made in videos currently produced by the great Verge video team. So, it begs the question, what does it take to produce Verge-i-fied videos.
A simple list of equipment or even some photographs would be sweet! I mainly want to see the camera, wireless mic system, and any type of motion assisting equipment that would go into the production of a normal feature. Motion assisting equipment being tools such as JIBs, camera sliders or tracks, tripod dollies, steadicam, etc.
Also as a side note, I'm interested to know what is used in your 'studio space' or show/podcast production room.
