How do you carry your phone and keys while working out?
Exercising is often hard for people whose lives revolve around technology and spend their days in front of a computer. More so when your entertainment is also in front of a monitor. I fall in both of those categories and thus its easy to find an excuse to skip working out. Yes I have a gym subcription, and I try to go there at least twice a week, but thats not enough. In the past couple of weeks I've picked up running and I love it. I find it a perfect way to expel energy and frustration after a hard day's work.
But heres the problem. The weather is increasingly warmer in London and wearing hoodies with pockets to carry my phone is no longer an option. And before you even ask, yes I really need to carry my phone to listen to music or a podcast while running to take my mind off the workout. I've looked online for ways to carry my phone while running without wearing some sort of heavy hoodie with pockets but I can't seem to decide.
So here it is: How do you carry your phone and keys while working out?
