My Motorola Droid Bionic speaker and microphone is broken, next step?
I own a Motorola Droid Bionic (bought it used about 8 months ago on Amazon) and earlier this week the microphone and speaker stopped working. Obviously I can't make phone calls. I've tried everything to fix it. Audio settings, stock Motorola ROM, CM 10.1 and nothing made it work. So I am going to take a trip over to Verizon this weekend, any tips on getting them to give me a replacement phone? Some important notes on my situation:
I'm rooted and running CM10.1, can I just boot into my stock ROM instead of removing everything?
I originally bought a Motorola Droid 3 on my line. Sold it on Craigslist and bought a Droid Bionic. Are they entitled to give me a refurb or another phone, considering I didn't buy the Bionic from them?
Phone calls are necessary for me. I have to make them several times a day to my friends (4 of use carpool together). My only other options besides haggling with Verizon is to use my Droid 2 Global right now.
