Citation management in Google Docs/Drive
I would probably use Google Docs over Microsoft Word if not for the lack of citation management compatibility (e.g. EndNote, Mendeley, Citations, Zotero, etc.). Or at least, I'm not aware of anything that can do in Docs what EndNote does in Word.
Google, as Google Docs is currently, you're excluding all of academia from using Docs or Chrome OS as a serious worktool. Just FYI.
