Microsoft, it's time to get your act together
Microsoft has had a streaming music offering for years and they were never able to capitalize on it to make it a successful product. Yet startups like Rdio and Spotify are growing a subscriber base and now Apple and Google are getting into it.
How could Microsoft screw up this bad with Zune and now Xbox Music Pass? Both are great services and barely anybody know about them and while I love Xbox Music, I'll go ahead and call it a monumental failure.
Same for SkyDrive (previously Live Mesh), they were among the first in cloud storage and yet they barely have a dent of the market while everyone knows about that debatably useful iCloud thing.
Get your act together. You have great products, but you don't have a clue how to market them despite millions upon millions of advertising dollars.
