The Machine Code Man

I recently started thinking about late-century cyberpunk. A lot of the prognostications of Gibson and Sterling are, or are becoming, true. Decentralized cryptocurrency? Check. Rouge finance AIs of indeterminate origin destabilizing the stock market? Check. Virtual reality? Check. Mind-bending levels of wealth inequality? Check. A growing fear of technological unemployment? Check, etc. What better time, I thought, to write a throw-back cyberpunk novel than this thoroughly cyberpunk now? So I started writing a web serial.
