Why is Google ignoring the Windows app store?

Microsoft is the largest platform for google service although you could argue that its really the web so the OS doesn't matter so much.

But what confuses me is that google is making native apps for iOS even though android and ios are fierce competitors, which I think is good for consumers.

But why is google ignoring the windows app store? You can't find any of the native google apps there like youtube, maps, gmail etc.

Why would google do that even windows is the largest OS by far on the planet. Is there a cogent rational explanation for this?
