How do you quickly switch between indoor and outdoor?

Currently, when I am outdoors, I use Aperture Priority (A/Av) and set the aperture as wide as my lens can go and set the ISO at a low 200-400.

And when I am indoors, I use Shutter Priority (S/Tv) and set the speed to between 1/40 and 1/25, and set around 1000 and 1600 for the ISO.

But I find it very cumbersome to switch, because I have to change the shooting mode, set the ISO, then set the appropriate value with the adjustment dia (normally for S/Tv mode only). And sometimes I might forget to switch between these two modes and my photos will screw up. Of course practice makes perfect, and these things happen less frequently. But is there another way to switch between shooting indoor and outdoor without having to change a lot of things?
