An invite from Nokia for an event on July 11th in New York City has just hit our inboxes. The invitation says "Zoom. Reinvented." and features a large, old-fashioned magnifying glass. With leaks of the long-anticipated Nokia Windows Phone with a true PureView camera (codenamed "EOS") hitting the web left and right recently, we can only assume that this event is for a proper announcement of the device.

While Nokia uses the PureView brand on a number of existing devices, such as the Lumia 920, 925, and 928, we have yet to see a Windows Phone with the same caliber camera that was on the original 808 PureView Symbian smartphone. That phone had a massive 41-megapixel sensor with unique technology that let users zoom in on an image with no loss of quality, and featured superb low-light capabilities.

We'll be there to cover it, so join us at 11:00AM ET on July 11th to see what Nokia has up its sleeve.
