Tips for Keeping Your Devices Pretty?
While I could have very easily posted this in any forum, I chose the Apple Core for two basics reasons. First, I only own Apple products, and second, I think it's fair to say that, for better or for worse, people with Apple products tend to have more of an aesthetic appreciation for technology than with other brands.
Because I'm a little bit OCD with keeping my things clean and organized. I give my Mac, iPad, and iPhone each thourough cleanings once every couple of weeks. I'm talking Q-tips, microfiber cloths, magnifying glasses, water, glass cleaner, you name it. It gives me a little sense of pride to see my stuff looking really nice - especially when it looks newer than other people's things that are 3 or 4 years newer.
I realize that's probably really, really nutty, but I'm wondering if there's anyone else out there like me, or am I just crazy? :P
For anyone who is, I'm curious as to what specific cleanings you give your technology, and how it's worked for you. While we're at it, any bad ideas to bust (I know someone who actually broke his laptop by cleaning it "too" deep...)? I think you get the idea. :)
