The cheapest Quad-Core Android tablet? ($93~)

Hey guys, I just wonder if the Verge has coverage in the Philippine Android industry. Cherry Mobile is a company known to have a very affordable Android phones. They were the first one here to introduced the less than $100 Dual-Core Android 4.0 phone last December 2012. That was the Cherry Mobile Flare and they called that phone as the "Dual-Core ng Bayan". In english it means "Dual-core for the masses". Almost all the tech media outlets was wow-ed with the news. And a few months later, they announced the Cherry Mobile Fusion Bolt tablet. It's a quad-core Android tablet that costs PHP4,000 ($93~). Here's the full specifications of the Cherry Mobile Fusion Bolt:
