PS4 falls off Amazon top 20 list...

The Xbox One is #5. The PS4 is #21

I know, Amazon sales aren't an overall indicator of how well products will necessarily sell. And yes, I know the PS4 comes with many different bundles, whereas the Xbox One only has one edition for sale. And yet...

I find it hilarious that, despite the incredibly bad press (much of it deserved), and the doomsayers who declared Microsoft's next console dead on arrival, the Xbox One is still selling extremely well. Look, Microsoft stumbled, hard. But if Sony fans thought that a few weeks of bad press was going to tumble down a gaming empire, they were sorely mistaken. Heck, it's only been two weeks since the major DRM reversal, and already the policy is fading to memory. Think it'll be an issue in 5 months? Probably not.

We don't have hard numbers so we can't say who is selling more pre-orders. (And remember, this is just Amazon, it doesn't count other chain stores and direct orders from the companies themselves). But one thing is certain, the Xbox One is doing just fine. And contrary to the angry sentiments on many gaming sites, a lot of people are extremely eager for the new console. That, we can conclude from Amazon.
