They walk into the store of their wireless carrier of choice, anxious to get their hands on some new gadget. Some are mostly sure what they want. Others need to browse the selection.
More often than not though, neither set knows much about the device their getting.
The average customer makes up the vast majority of phone purchases. I don't have a percentage to put to that claim, but I think everyone can agree that we who visit forums and read reviews aren't the making up the mass of smartphone purchases.
My question is this: What are some things that are not important to the average customer when buying a phone?
