In a comparison to Kindle Touch, the Paperwhite is a massive upgrade. Some people may point to no speakers, or any audio support, but for me I don't care. I never listened to audio books. To add, the screen is much more sharp, with the added feature of back-light. The software is a big improvement, performance is clearly visible (improved), and the entire reading process feels better.
