While the Xbox One isn't due to hit retailers until November, Microsoft is starting to display the next-generation console at its stores across the US. It's the first time consumers will get a glimpse of the Xbox One ahead of its debut, but Microsoft is keeping it locked away behind glass. The software maker also hid its upcoming console behind glass at its recent Build developer conference in San Francisco. Although Microsoft generally has playable Xbox 360 systems at its retail stores, if you're looking to play on an Xbox One this is the closest you're going to get for now. Still, you'll get a closer look at the myriad of ports at the rear of the device, the new Kinect sensor, and improved controller.
