Where are the Haswell laptops?

Lenovo is the #1 PC manufacturer in the world, but they have NO Haswell laptops for sale. They announced a T440s, but it is nowhere in sight. Where is the X1 Carbon refresh with Haswell and an IPS display? If you ask Lenovo, their customer service drones will tell you sometime in "September/October." WTF? Haswell chips have been available since June. Apple has them in the MacBook Air. But Lenovo cant be bothered to get them in their flagship T and X series? Is that just not giving a shit about the customer?
