Lumia 1020 AND 920 owners: how's the depth of field difference?

I know mathematically it isn't huge to go from f/2.0 to f/2.2, but I have to wonder: how are those ultra-low depth of field shots looking comparing the 1020 and 920 both using the Pro Camera app? Since the release of the app I've been really enjoying taking wide open shots on the Lumia 920, so much so that I've been considering trading up for a 1020. But given the 920's already exceptional low light performance, my ownership of the DT900 Qi charger, and my eternal love of bokeh, I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the added expense and the sacrifices to upgrade.

For reference, here are some wide open shots I've taken with the 920 recently:

They're not especially good shots obviously, but they're examples of the low depth-of-field stuff I'm talking about. So: what think? Worth the upgrade despite the cost & loss of lens speed/qi charging?
