Are Phones with Physical Keyboards a Relic of the Past?

I currently belong to Sprint, and use the Motorola Photon Q smartphone. I've had this phone for about a year now, and find its pentile screen lackluster and the 8 GB of storage constraining. But it's the only non-Blackberry smartphone Sprint offers with a honest to goodness physical keyboard. I hoped that there would be a non-Blackberry smartphone with a physical keyboard on the horizon (Android or otherwise), that I could replace my Motorola Photon Q with, but I have not found any upcoming smartphones with physical keyboards. Are they a relic of the past?
