The Xbox One pre-order numbers for games are quite low in proportion to the PS4 numbers specially when you consider that these numbers are for the US where the numbers usually favour MS. The pre-order numbers for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the same games favour Xbox 360 by a ratio of about 2:1. Now considering that Sony always does well in rest of the world, has MS done irreparable damage with their announcement that they are seeing low pre-order numbers in US also?

I know that MS said they had a huge demand in the pre-orders but that isn't reflected well when you look at the pre-order numbers for games.
