Can I completely uninstall OS X from a MacBook Pro?

So, long story short, I need a new DAW computer (digital audio workstation for those not into digital audio). My budget stretches quite far so cost is not really a problem. I'd love to get a Zenbook or a super-fast Vaio but these are not really easily available in Cyprus. OTOH, I can easily get a MBP and since it's obviously a really good choice, I was wondering if I can remove all traces of OS X from it and treat it as a normal Windows laptop, instead of having to use Bootcamp.

Nothing personal with the OS, it's really good and everything but all of my music software is Windows-compatible/exclusive and I'd love to have all the storage space possible available for my sample libraries etc. Has anyone ever done it? Are there any problems afterwards? Is it even possible?

Thanks!
