iPhone 5C : The colors, the gloss and oh the cover
The iPhone 5C will have a stunning industrial design and will feel great in hand as well. But I cant help but feeling tad disappointed in their color selection. The company with the best color phones I feel are the Lumia range. Its really vibrant and fresh (very personal opinion).
The ones on the iPhone 5C just seem a tad "off", maybe the English weather had something to do with Sir Ive's mood when he came up with the palette. Its not pastel, its not standard colors, I am no expert, but it just looks dull.
And really really disappointed with the gloss. Cmon i mean seriously cmon, no matter what coating you put on it, its going to scratch and look ugly in a matter of months if not weeks. Maybe they realized that much later on in the process and came up with covers. Matte just looks so much more classier. And Apple would have made such a kick ass one if they wanted to.
Say that again, Apple are making soft covers for their phones. It must be really special or cool I thought like when they did iPad covers. I checked and I checked again, no nothing. Then why? Why make pointless covers? There are gazzilion vendors doing just that. Why did "Apple" have to make one? What did they bring that is already not there in the market? Just one explanation I could figure out, to thwart people from complaining that their glossy iPhone 5C got scratched up in weeks.
Anyways, thats just me, just wondering if other Apple tribesmen feel the same.
