charged my credit card three times.

On September 9th, after reading in The Verge that yahoo was selling it's old IDs, I went to and try to get a new ID for me.

I tried one time, and after typing my credit card information, I got the following error message: "We cannot process your credit card at this time. Please make sure you've entered all of your card information correctly and try again."

I tried a second time and a third time and always getting the same error.

However, I got charged three times in my credit card, but I didn't even receive a confirmation email, receipt or link to check the status of my request!!

I already "contacted" Yahoo! on but I haven't heard back from them.

Anybody else has dealt with this buggy website before?
