HTC One S or HTC One
(BTW I am on T-mobile)
I currently have a HTC Sensation and I plan on getting a new phone sometime in the next 1-3 months,
Even though I am a tech enthusiast, I am still just a high schooler, who does not need the best smartphone on the market for a ridiculous price.
I am currently deciding between a HTC One S(Black, New) for 200 or a HTC One(white, used) for 300.
I'm paying for it with my own money. The biggest thing about the HTC One S for me is it can probably fit in my jeans with room to spare, and also it comes in my favorite color.(I know the 2nd one sounds a little tacky) However, it won't get any updates and with my experience with the HTC Sensation was I bought it a year after release, it was great for a couple months and then it started becoming frustratingly slow. I'm worried the same will happen if I buy the HTC One S now. Also, it does not have LTE.
Now with the HTC One, I like it a lot design-wise. However, I am not a big fan of bigger screen smartphones. Also, NFC is dead and I'm not on the whole ultrapixel band-wagon. Also, the HTC One has LTE.
Also, I really fine with the HTC One S screen eventhough its not 1080p, but the HTC One is 1080p.
Battery life is another thing, I know the One S is only 1650 mAh, which I worry is not enough for me. I know for sure I'll be safe with the 2300 mAh batttery on the One though.
Also, storage is another thing currently, my Sensation has 1 GB of storage with a 16 GB SD card, so if I were to get the One S will I be fine? I know for the One with the 32 GB that's more than enough for me.
Also, if there are any photographers out there can you tell me if the One's camera is significantly better than the One S's camera because I prefer to have the ability to crop my photos which I can get from the 8 megapixel camera on the One S(Yes, I am aware that megapixels aren't everything)
If i buy the HTC One for 300, I'll be broke, but if I buy the HTC One S I'll still have some money left for Bred 1s this december.
