Lumia 2520 Or Surface 2? I'm Stuck, People.
As we all know, the Lumia 2520 (or "Sirius") tablet may soon be released by Nokia running Windows RT. This thing's a beast as far as specs go and a beauty as far as looks: I'm not alone in this sentiment because it seems a lot of Tribe members are down for this seemingly bad ass tablet (with LTE, no less).
Next, the Surface 2 will be announced within 24 hours and that, too, is probably going to be one incredibly awesome piece of kit. Granted I prefer the Lumia 2520's Qualcomm chip over the Surface 2's Tegra chip, but the 72 cuda-graphics cores are nothing to scoff at: the bottom line is this - we have two really incredible choices as far as RT 8.1 tablets go.
My question is this: which one will you go for and why? As you all know, Windows RT is specifically written to each chip, so if you go for the Lumia - and Microsoft treats it like the red-headed step-child it didn't want - then you may be stuck with lengthy to non-existent update cycles and, possibly, lack of support. The Surface 2, on the other hand, will likely have iron-clad support and update schedules.
OK - let the discussion begin. I'll tally the votes in the comments section and, if the logic matches the vote, that will be the tablet I buy. I surmise the discussion may also be helpful for others who are currently contemplating which (not-yet-released) tablet they'll purchase.
