Then add additional features, such as notification centre, setting toggles, wallpaper behind live tiles, file manager and so forth. Whatever else they can think of, so that it’s on par with iOS and Android in terms of usability.

After that, I’d declare Windows Phone as a serious contender. I’m sure developers would too with a file manager giving that extra freedom; so no files have to be duplicated like iOS.

They’re all great platforms none the less. :)
