Nokia is preparing its own large-screen Lumia 1520 Windows Phone. Images of the handset, codenamed Bandit, have leaked previously, but the latest image from Twitter account @evleaks shows exactly what the device looks like. At first glance it looks similar to Nokia's existing Lumia range. Pictured in yellow, the Lumia 1520 includes a camera at the rear that has a slight hump like the company's Lumia 925. The giant device is expected to include a 6-inch display and 1080p screen when it debuts later this year.
The Lumia 1520 will also include a Qualcomm quad-core Snapdragon processor and the latest version of Windows Phone 8. Microsoft has altered its UI in the latest update, named GDR3, with an additional column of Live Tiles on the Start Screen for 1080p support. A rotation lock, Driving Mode option, and other minor UI changes are also included with the update. Sources previously revealed that the Lumia 1520 is being tested at AT&T and will debut before the end of the year in the US.
