Most bang for the buck Android phone with 64GB microSD support

My goal is to use it as an MP3 player, so features like LTE/camera are not important. Smaller size is also preferable. Why Android vs a regular MP3 player? HE-AAC support. Most standard MP3 player outside Apple don't support it. 64GB iPod Touch is $400, and your actual capacity is less due to iOS. An Android phone with microSD support would be a more economical solution. Gapless playback is also a requirement.

So far, I only see the Samsung Galaxy Young that supports up to 64GB microSD at a low price point, ~$120 on Amazon. Most other inexpensive phones max out at 32GB microSD support. Any other ideas?
