Incredibly impressive stuff. Reminds me some what of the flexicurity welfare system in Holland. Makes me want to get involved in politics to make the systems in my country more like this. Big companies are always going to fall in a dynamic economy, but we can make people fear that less and stop rent seeking if we do things like this.

I know this isn't quite Microsoft but just thought people might be interested.
