Seth Rogen and longtime collaborator Evan Goldberg are now set to bring the classic '90s console rivalry between Sega and Nintendo to life on the big screen. According to Collider, Sony Pictures has brought the duo on to adapt author Blake Harris's Console Wars: Sega, Nintendo and the Battle that Defined a Generation, an upcoming behind-the-scenes oral history of the classic gaming industry battle, for theater audiences in the near future. The Social Network producer Scott Rudin will serve as executive producer. Right now, though, there's no word on when the film will hit theaters — especially since Rogen and Goldberg are already working on so many projects. Only weeks ago they'd officially signed on to write the long-rumored Preacher TV series for AMC.
