Should google pull youtube out of Germany?

I read this article recently, and it looks like the dispute between youtube and GEMA has gotten even more ridiculous. Not only are numerous music videos blocked on youtube (let's assume no one uses a proxy to get around that), GEMA just won the right to block youtube from mentioning GEMA as the reason causing the blocks.

It reminds me of those super injunctions in the UK

I don't know if the licensing rates listed in that article are accurate (~16 cents per stream - Yes, it said per stream!!!), but if they are accurate and I was google, I would just pull the service from Germany, and post the reasons why. That's pretty drastic and over the top to shut down all of youtube because of just a music dispute, but then so is asking for 16 cents per stream.

The way to stop bully's is to stand up to them.
