Intel NUC PC vs Tango Super PC for media server/indie games

I'm toying with the idea of getting an Intel NUC PC as a home media server, but my colleague just made me aware of the Tango Super PC. Based on the specs, pasted below, does anyone think it would be suitable to stream HD video using Plex and also play indie games on? Just games like Nidhog or Towerfall when it comes to Steam. Does it make sense to save a little money over the NUC PC? Thoughts?
