Buying Advice: Best (Cheap) Lenses for Sony NEX Series

Hello all!

I'm a budding photographer and with my recent purchase of the Sony NEX-5T, I have been constantly hunting for lenses that will comprise my collection. So far I have lived off the 16-50mm kit lens (good but not great IQ especially at the edges) and bought a new Sigma 30mm f/2.8 DN (Art) which is fantastic in my opinion.

Now I think I'm ready to go for used, legacy territory by searching eBay for good condition lenses. However, what I'm not ready for is the financial setback so I'm more limited in terms of options. At maximum, $200 for a single lens but lower than $100 would be nominal.

In terms of the types of lenses, the ones I need are telephoto (up to 300mm is enough), wide-angle and macro (50mm is preferable). The Sigma will be used as my primary walkaround lens, with the others for specialized situations. Browsing eBay yielded really good prices for 135mm primes, particularly these two:

Tokina RMC 135mm f/2.8

Sigma 135mm f/2.8 M42

Are these good options, or are there better alternatives? Hopefully you'll be able to assist me in getting good lenses. Thanks in advance!
