What if the Moto Atrix had it right?
I was just reading a BGR article about this and I still believe in the webtop concept. The Artix was clearly ahead of its time and not really ready for primetime. It makes sense now that our smartphone could be the core and everything else could be powered by it. Today we have smartphones with more then enough processing power, ram, and memory to handle this, especially with cloud storage and 126gb microSD cards. Imagine walking into your room pressing a button on your phone and all of the sudden your Nexus 6 is powering Chrome OS on your screen, and is connected to your mouse and keyboard. Is this the future of android? At some point android has to merge with Chrome OS, as well as OSX and IOS, and Windows RT with WP8. Why hasnt this happened yet?
