Looking back was this Game of Thrones' Strongest Season? (Spoilers)
At the end of each Game of Thrones season, my friends and I usually argue about why each Season was better than the last. This happened with a few of us declaring that Season 2 greatly improved on Season 1. Then when Season 3 ended the same thing happened again, with Season 3 being declared the strongest yet (although I thought 2 & 3 were just as good as each other)
Now that Season 4 has come to an end I have to say it is certainly one of the strongest GoT Seasons yet. From the Wedding, to the extremely brutal and exciting fights, The Hound, Arya & Chickens and the Lannister family drama. There's just so much more to enjoy that's packed into Season 4.
I've been keeping track of all the episodes and key scenes and have come up with this little tournament for friends and coworkers to weigh in on the best moments of season 4.
What do you guys think, is Season 4 the strongest season yet? What were some of your favorite moments from the season?
If I had to rank them:
- Season 4
- Season 1
- Tied: Season 3 / Season 2
- The Wedding / Joffrey Dying
- Brienne v. The Hound
- Tyrion's Confession
- Oberyn's "I will be your champion" speech
