Could another phone maker include the dynamic perspective feature on the fire phone?

Is that exclusive tech that amazon would prevent from being implemented on other devices (like scroll bounces and apple)?

I don't think it's critical, but it's kind of like having a top end effect for live wallpaper. Imagine this live wallpaper augmented with that sort of dynamic perspective:

I am using that live wallpaper now, every time I wake my phone up, I see that on my lock screen, and it is absolutely beautiful. Something the "best phone for most people" can't hope to ever see. But dynamic perspective could make that kind of stuff look ever better
