Despite making some of its very best smartphones this year, Samsung has faced an uphill battle convincing customers to buy devices like the Galaxy S6 and Note 5. The company has already cut the price of its flagship S6 and S6 Edge just months after launch, and now the company is launching a new promotion in the US to hopefully get a few more customers to part with their cash.

Under the new promotion, Samsung will pay your the rest of your monthly payments in 2015 towards a new Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S6 Edge+, or Galaxy Note 5. That means you'll get up to $120 off the price of any of those phones if you buy one under a carrier installment plan now through October 9th. Not every US carrier is participating, however: AT&T users will have to sit this promotion out. Once you sign up for an installment plan, you'll need to register with Samsung to get your monthly payment rebates.

Samsung is also sweetening the pot for anyone who switches from an iPhone 4S or newer. If you register your phone on the promotion's website and then trade it in to the carrier when signing up for a new Samsung phone, you'll get an additional $100 Google Play gift card. AT&T is also exempt from this offer.

For all the details, be sure to check Samsung's site and the official rules.
