A new Radiohead album may be imminent, now that the band has established a new company. As Reddit users noticed this week, Radiohead created a company called Dawn Chorus LLP on October 7th, 2015, and if history is any indicator, their ninth studio album is likely to follow. The group took similar actions ahead of releasing their two previous albums, establishing a company called Xurbia Xendless Ltd. to distribute In Rainbows in 2007, and Ticker Tape Ltd. for 2011's The King of Limbs.

Radiohead has been characteristically quiet about its untitled album, though guitarist Johnny Greenwood said in October that the group had recorded "lots" of material. (They also recorded a James Bond theme song that was never used.) As for the name "Dawn Chorus," it's the title of a 2002 Boards of Canada song and is reportedly the name of a song that Radiohead has been working on.
