We're still not entirely sure when AT&T will unleash the Galaxy Note on US shores, but if it takes too long you'll always be able to pick one up north of the border. Samsung's Canadian site for the 5.3-inch stylus-equipped device pegs it for a mid-February release, and Telus has it on its site as "coming soon." No word from other carriers yet — we can only assume they're still trying to work out if it's a phone or a tablet.
