The President of the United States probably had no idea that he could send shockwaves through the technology industry simply by admitting he had early access to the iPad, but that's just what he's done. President Obama admitted -- or shall we say humble bragged? -- in an interview with ABC News that he'd gotten the iPad "a little bit early" from Steve Jobs himself, adding, "it was cool."
Indeed, Mr. President, that is cool. Of course, we didn't expect Obama to head over to the Georgetown Apple Store and wait in line with the regular citizens, but he could have had the decency to keep it to himself.
