AT&T will be the first US carrier to offer LTE WIndows Phones, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer just announced. Ballmer appeared on stage at AT&T's CES 2012 press conference this morning to reveal both companies plans. We've heard that Samsung, HTC and Nokia will all announce LTE Windows Phones at CES later today, and Ballmer's AT&T news backs that up.
