The new Apple AirPods are ugly, you say? They look like electric toothbrush heads sticking out of your ears, you say? Afraid of spending $159 on your new headphones and losing them immediately, you say? What if I told you there was a way to make them look like the totally acceptable EarPods? What if I told you there was a way to secure the AirPods around your neck? What if I told you that you could attach the two headphones together?
Enter Spigen, and its $10 AirPods Strap that will be heretofore referred to as NeckPods. The NeckPods will let you connect the two wireless AirPods together using a durable, lightweight white cord. Apple doesn't sell anything like these NeckPods, so you'll have to go with a third-party solution until the world's largest company gets on the NeckPod bandwagon.
We could see a plethora of NeckPods hitting the market in the near future. We may even find ourselves using wired headphones years from now if we're lucky. Innovation, y'all.
