Nokia's imaging chief has refuted a previous rumor that suggested a 12-megapixel camera version of the Lumia 900 would be heading to Europe. Damian Dinning, head of Nokia's imaging experience team, revealed on Twitter today that there is no 12-megapixel version of the Lumia 900, thought to be named the 910. A listing for the mysterious Lumia 910 appeared on a Dutch retailer's website last month, looking much like the 900 model but without LTE and with that enlarged sensor. Dinning didn't specifically address the Lumia 910 naming, only mentioning that a 12-megapixel version doesn't exist. It's possible that the 910 still exists but with the standard sensor found in the 900. Either way, we'll find out soon enough as the Lumia 900 is expected to be made available on British shores in June.
