Stepping on a Lego with your bare foot is excruciating experience. Deliberately running on Lego? You’d have to be an absolute glutton for punishment. That’s where the internet comes in, because there’s plenty of people willing to go through hell to appear on YouTube.

WheresMyChallenge is a channel that features all kinds of cringeworthy challenges, and their latest takes stepping on a Lego brick to the worst possible extremes: running on Lego. The setup is simple and insane: set up a treadmill, take off your shoes, and start pouring Lego bricks onto the running belt.

The upside here is that it certainly puts that one piece you stepped on years ago into perspective, doesn’t it?
