Pentax's K-5 high-end prosumer DSLR shares the same body as its predecessor, the K-7. The K-5 has a weather-resistant magnesium alloy construction (and is offered with an assortment of weather-resistant lenses), a 16.3-megapixel CMOS sensor, and, with an extended ISO of 51200, the highest of sensitivity of any DSLR with an ASP-C sensor at the time of its release in 2010.
