Sony's high-end mirrorless NEX-7 has a full-size, 24.3-megapixel APS-C sensor and a built-in electronic XGA resolution OLED viewfinder in its small form factor. When combined with the optional LA-EA2 Alpha mount adapter, the NEX-7 can shoot and autofocus with the full range of Sony Alpha mount lenses.
