The Xbox 360 Elite was introduced as the premium offering of the Microsoft console lineup in 2007. Shedding the longstanding white finish for a matte black appearance, the Elite packed what at the time was considered a spacious 120GB hard drive. A "Super Elite" revision, with a 250GB drive and extra wireless controller would be made available through several limited edition bundles for popular titles such as Forza Motorsport 3, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Resident Evil 4.
