Unveiled at IFA 2011 as the AT200, Toshiba's Excite 10 LE, in terms of thickness, is the antithesis of Toshiba's earlier 10-inch Thrive tablet. The Excite is a 10.1-inch tablet running Android Honeycomb on a 1280 x 800-resolution display and powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz TI OMAP 4 processor paired with 1GB of RAM.
