The Canon Powershot S100 is an update to the popular Powershot S95 and adds a 5x wide-angle zoom lens, GPS geotagging, and a need imaging system consisting of a new 12.1 megapixel sensor and upgraded processor.

Description

The Canon S95 features the same sensor as the G12 in a compact shell. A manual control ring surrounds the wide-angle f/2.0 lens with 3.8x optical zoom functionality. Canon's HS System technology is built-in, resulting in lauded low light photography performance. On the movie front, the S95 is able to record HD video at 720p.

Part of the PEN line of Olympus Micro Four Thirds cameras, the PEN-mini (E-PM1) is the smallest of the line featuring the same 12.3-megapixel sensor as the other models in the line as well as an improved auto-focus system.
