The Verge

The I'm Watch from Italian manufacturers Blue Sky and Si14 was put on display at ARM TechCon 2011 this year. It is a brand new device that users can wear on their wrist like a watch, but with many more capabilities. The I'm Watch features Bluetooth connectivity to make and receive calls once synced to a cell phone, when it ships, it will also have an app store to take advantage of its small 1.54-inch touchscreen.
