The Sony PSX was a Japan-only DVR with an integrated PlayStation 2 released in December 2003. It came with either 160GB or 250GB storage which, dependant on quality settings, could hold between 33 and 204 hours of video. It also had an optical drive for burning media to DVD. The PSX was the first Sony product to use the XMB interface now prevalent across many Sony products.
